Wonder Universe loves to bring in the local expertise of the NRV and Southwest Virginia community for exciting learning opportunities. Do you want to share your area of study, professional expertise, or personal passion with the next generation? Want to host a STEM Saturday demonstration related to science, technology, engineering or mathematics? We'd love to host you at the museum for a special event or a recurring program.
Groups & Families
Looking for a way to give back as a group? We have lots of projects and programs that would benefit from a dedicated team working together.
Recurring Volunteers
If you have time to share, we are excited to see you regularly! We welcome weekly, monthly, or seasonal volunteers during our open hours to support our Wonder Universe guests and facilitate ongoing museum programs.
